Within this post, you are going to go into the final battle with The Unknown. The minions are strong and you will have a hard time with them given that they feed off of fear. However, you have all of your powers and items at your disposal, so best of luck to you, Denizens!!

We will be watching the comments to see if we can tag randomly, but remember, it will be RANDOM from the minions, just to keep the threads going! All of this will go on until July 29

[ Hibari had been, for lack of a better description, delighted when he'd regained his things. Not that he showed it openly, of course - the most he'd show was a pleased smirk - but it was pretty obvious to those who knew him better. Really, it was just the icing on the cake when he could finally take out his frustration on the minions at this final battle.

There was no fear in him as he practically mowed his way through the enemies - only glee as he systematically destroyed every single thing that came his way, taking down large swathes with both his tonfa and his hedgehogs.

Finally, something entertaining to do. ]

[ The Fight continues as the World lessens her strength. It’s a brief moment of silence before the Unknown kills her in the same way that he killed The Fool, laughing maniacally. It doesn’t last long as everything is engulfed in a white light suddenly, causing you to fall asleep.

Once you wake up, you notice you are in a strange place. It’s almost like a long hall, white in color. There is a voice that speaks to you now, gentle and innocent.

I thank you for all you have done. You have braved the Unknown, encountered you fears and succeeded. The only thing left for you to do is to go home...Unfortunately, you will not recall the events that happened here. I will give you a chance to say goodbye to the friends you have made.

There’s a pause before the voice starts again.

Please, continue to believe. Continue to hope and imagine. That is the only way to keep this place alive. Do not be afraid of the Unknown; embrace it and learn how to create something new from it.

With that, the voice is gone and you are officially able to move.

[It is a relief, after all of this fighting, to realize that it is all over and she will be able to go back home. But knowing she will have to leave the people she met here, and that she will never remember them, makes her feel awfully sad.]

[Among those she would be leaving is Avenger. Had this been a month prior, she undoubtedly would have missed him, and regretted parting from him and this world essentially sending him back to die. However, given his behavior the last couple of days, she is still somewhat bitter and annoyed at him.]

[As a result, she stands against the walls of the hall, not saying anything or making motions to bid goodbye to anybody.]

[ The fighting had been sort of mindlessly fun, even if Bazett had given him the cold shoulder through the majority of it. But it's over now. It's over, and quite frankly he's not too saddened about it. Vacations aren't supposed to last very long anyway, even vacations in island prisons.

So when they all wind up in the white hall and the voice finishes speaking, he heads right to where she's standing, obvious frustrations with him or no. If he has to tuck his tail in between his legs and beg on his knees to make her forgive him, Avenger silently resigns himself to doing just that.

He's not leaving here with regrets, whether he'll immediately forget them or not.

Avenger opens the conversation with; ]

Your face is even more unattractively sour than normal, boss.

[She glares at him.]

You know the reason for that.

[Then, under her breath, she adds.]

Yours is even more annoying than normal.

[As well as a little too cheerful for a man doomed to die.]

[ He deliberately misinterprets her words regarding the source of her annoyance. Also, HE HEARD THAT THAT LAST BIT. ]

What, are you gonna slap me because it's annoying you? [ Avenger returns her glare with a cheeky look, stalling for a little more time. ]

...How can you be so cheerful?

[She reaches over to gently swat him upside the head.]

Huh, why shouldn't I be?

We are all heading back into our worlds.

[Meaning that he might be dead or blown up or whatever.]

Yeah, I kinda noticed.

[ He rubs his head. Avenger was aware of his fate upon returning to his world. ]

I'm sure there's nothing too unpleasant awaiting you back in your world. Don't psych yourself out over it, lady.

It is not my fate that I am concerned over.

[A long pause.]

...Will it really be alright for you, going back into your world?

Can I interpret this as concern? For me, as a friend?

[ Avenger laughs and there's nothing forced about it. ]

Yeah. Yeah, it'll be alright. From the beginning, of that contract—I knew how things were going to end. Well, I hoped I did. It'd be an insult for me to leave it unfinished like this.

P-perhaps.

[She goes red.]

Even so, your fate will be harsh. And the Grail...for all we know, Lord El Melloi is already demolishing it in your world.

Haha... I'm touched, lady, I really am.

[ He doesn't look bothered by the facts she states. ]

That's the way of it. Man, I can't deny that. [ Avenger shrugs. ] But I contracted with the you I know to continue existing by fulfilling a role. Once that role is over, there will be nothing remaining for this self to do.

Can you not live for yourself? Find something to do?

[A pause.]

Something that is not murder.

No.

[ He shakes his head. ]

Killing is all I'm really good for. [ He crosses his arms across his chest. ] No, to put it your way; I'm not capable of living for myself, not at this point. It's not a possibility available to me.

[entreats]

[ Saying goodbye, huh.. well, she's had a few people she probably grew a little close to, but in the end she's just relieved to finally go home as well. Ange's been stuck in this place for too long, she's grown far too cynical because of it too - it hasn't really had the best influence on her, so much that despite disliking her own world as well she's still glad to be going back there instead.

Besides, the person most important to her will come with her either way.

Ange just lets out an airy sigh, as if everything that just happened was nothing at all. ]

[ Won't remember. The words echo through his head a few times. He won't remember anything that happened here, anything he learned.. sure, normally he wouldn't complain too much, aside from a few certain things (or maybe one specific thing) he doesn't really care about what happened here. But erasing his memories like that just feels.. wrong. It's why he can't help but frown and stare at the "ceiling" of the long hall, as if he's trying to defy the voice even now. ]

The nerve to make a corny speech like that and then just claim they're going to erase our memories without giving us a choice.. [ He's a little grumpy, sticking his hands into his pockets and hmphing to himself, standing a bit away from most other people. ]

[She gives a regretful sigh. It really does seem unfair.]

I...I hope you enjoyed living a little longer, at least?

[Only until the question is out does she realize how stupid she sounds. But even so, she wants to feel something more than just resignation about Avenger's fate.]

There's that pointless sentimentality of yours again. Don't get worked up over something that happens in some distant, far-off world that's got nothing to do with you.

[ He doesn't seem upset though, only slightly scolding of Bazett. Then there's a cocky smirk from him; ]

Hah! Yeah, getting some extra vacation time in beforehand is a nice bonus.

[ He glances down the white hallway, not interesting in hurrying anything at all. ]

[She stares down the hallway.]

...And, if this is any comfort, I will try to remember you when I got into my home.

[She's half skeptical as she says this. She doesn't know much of the island's effect on memory.]

[ So this is the end, huh? Not gonna lie, he wishes he could keep in touch with certain people he met over here, some of them live in totally different dimensions, thus a chance he'll meet them again is less than zero. But at least he's himself now.

After few goodbyes, Sakakibara spotted a guy, standing away from the crowd. He came up to him. ]

Well, everything they did here was without giving us a choice, without even asking about our opinion.

[amakusa has never been one to say goodbyes, he prefers to get out of there before he would have to exchange such words.

...however, not like he would have to say goodbye here to ange, she belonged in his world with him after all, so there was no worry there that they wouldn't see each other again.

he walked up beside her, arms crossed, and that typical smirk plagued his expression.]

to akazawa, she was someone that was so overly headstrong, she saw her destination and she wouldn't stop until she reached it, and she didn't care if she had to step on a few people to reach that point.

...however...

she had spotted him and she felt her heart stop in her throat, and it was so hard to swallow that lump now. as she made her way over to him she steeled herself, refusing to give in to all this. she wasn't scared, she kept telling herself that.

[Waver finds a space along the corridor and leans against the wall. The entire notion that this will be over in just a few more minutes is a relief. As is that certain aspects of the whole experience will be gone. The lack of free will. Avenger. All the changes.

He takes a long sigh, and reaches into his coat pocket. His cigar case is still there, and if there's been a better time to take a post-battle cigar out and try and sort through emotions, he hasn't heard of it. So he lights up, making sure to send the smoke down wind of everyone else.]
