Saber was, admittedly, a little startled by the reaction, though she did nothing to shake off his grip. Was he one of her subjects, or someone who had been inspired by her legend? It couldn't have been the former: a subject would have doubtless been disturbed that the king was a mere little girl, in addition to having been deceived.

The latter, on the other hand... she had found her legend made her out to be much greater than she felt she truly was. How anyone could idolise a king who had failed 'his' country was a mystery.
