Having heard of this place from both France and Germany, Liechtenstein enters quietly. The clothing certainly seems rather nice, and she really needs something other than this lightweight dress. It's been rather cold outside! The last thing she wants to do is risk getting sick if they're all actually mortal here. "Hello?" she calls out, looking around for an employee. She knows Mr France works here, and that there are some others, but she doesn't know their names.

Minato happens to be the one who comes out to greet her, having heard the bell. He gives this new customer a polite nod and a small smile. He's got a measuring tape draped across his shoulders and his sleeves rolled up, and it's pretty apparent he's been on the island at least a little while, since he's got a pair of large dark feathery wings sticking out of his back that he... somewhat awkwardly has folded tightly against his back to keep from hitting anything. He still knocks stuff over sometimes, though... Still, he attempts to present a friendly appearance.
