[EVENT] The Visitations

This is going to go a certain way! Each time there is a visitation by a ghost, we will post a thread. Then, we will respond to that thread, if you indicate you want us to do so, or if you will have other characters in the thread. Remember, the Ghost of Christmas Past will have all your characters in the same moment of time, so if you want to be able to interact with each other, go ahead. Additionally, you will be viewing the moment in time that your denizen was killed from a third person perspective, so you can meet up with anyone during that time, but you cannot talk to your denizen. Once your denizen is dead, you are free to move around the island.

During the viewing with the Ghost of Christmas Present, you will be in the same situation, but only able to view things within your own canon. This means you can’t really speak to anyone but the NPC of the Ghost, which will be played by the mods.

For when The World shows up, we will have a separate thread for her and Kuma will be responding to you with her. You can freely talk to anyone here as well, in the game.

Shutting up for once would be a good start to deserve more. [ Not that she entirely means it. Well.. the things he says are annoying most of the time, but.. it's almost like she's gotten used to it by now, like it's something normal. It'd just be weird to not have him blabbing on all the time now. ]

It's just that.. [ .. ugh, she should explain to him, right? So he might understand a little. But at the same time, she doesn't want him to make fun of her, so it's definitely difficult. ] .. I was glad. That's all.

[Wow, so snappy! Still, he's smiling a little at her words. She's glad huh? He didn't even do anything that great, just said some words here and there. Still, it was pretty good that she was willing to kiss him in public like this. Amakusa takes a hand off of her, reaching up to grab his hat.]

Maybe I'm glad when you kiss me, ever think of that?

[And then he smirks, leaning down to kiss her again, but he's holding the hat up so at least one side of them has a little more privacy.]

[ It's mostly the situation, really. If they were just on the island normally it'd be one thing, but this is almost more like some sort of dream, or a hallucination, or.. well, she's not entirely sure what it is either, just that it's definitely not normal. Under normal circumstances she would still withhold a little more, but apparently she's at least grown enough to not mind it as long as it's like this.

It shows in the way she kisses him back immediately once their lips meet, almost strangely interested by the way he holds up that hat. Really, he's the one giving them a little more privacy now? For her sake? At this rate he might actually become a half decent person, huh..

She pulls away just far enough to be able to speak. ]

Like you don't make that obvious all the time.

[Hey, he can be nice sometimes, keep that up and he might just start crying on the spot.

He smirks when she moves away from the kiss, obviously enjoying their little interactions here, it's how this always goes.]

If I wasn't obvious you wouldn't get it. [since she's so oblivious all the time.]

[entreats]

[ He's actually very right with that, yup. It's only thanks to the many, many, many times he's pushed that she actually started to give him a little in return, that she started to fall for him slowly and bit by bit. If he hadn't done all of that, it probably never would have happened to begin with.. ]

Like you're not the kind of guy who just tries to get whatever he wants. [ Certain girls, in this case.. ]

[He chuckles a bit at that, bringing the hat to his head once more, placing it right where it had been previously. He moves to let go of her though, even taking a step back.]

How cruel, I'm a pretty modest man you know. [nope, no he isn't.]

[entreats]

[ Nope, not at all. But that's just what makes him himself, no matter how horrible he can be at times.. and she can't say she truly dislikes it, either way. ]

Have you found even one person in this place who believes an obvious lie like that?

Maybe... that Madoka-san sure believes whatever I tell her.

[He chuckles about that, but he doesn't tell her anything bad, he says things to cheer her up, actually. But he's not telling Ange that.]

[entreats]

.. Don't go around corrupting good people.

[ She frowns a little more at that, but it's mostly since she knows Madoka, and.. well, Madoka is younger than her and much more nice and kind - honestly, not like Ange thinks of herself like a good person, hence why she words it like that. But that's exactly what makes her more suited to deal with him, huh? ]

[hyahahacool]

Corrupting? Who, me? No way lady! Hyahaha!

[HE'S A GOOD MAN.... sometimes... maybe.... in the right light perhaps...]

[entreats]

[ Some.. times... it's just complicated, okay. How does Ange even put up with him. ]

More importantly, are you even ready already for what they might pull next? [ Yup, Ange's in her all business mode again now.. ] I doubt they'll leave it at just this.

[hyahahacool]

[Back to business huh....?]

If you want the truth Ange-san, I have a feeling they have something up their sleeves here. They wouldn't do this unless they were going to follow through with something, either this is a scare tactic or viewing something that will happen in the future.

When it's going to come about though, that's what I'm having trouble figuring out. [he can get serious too.]

[entreats]

[ Oh, she does trust him and actually listen to him when it comes to these matters, really - he's proven himself useful in situations with these Rulers before, after all, so she trusts him on that topic. It's why she's considering what he's saying instead of just dismissing it. ]

It depends on how this was caused. After all, they didn't tell us if this was some sort of punishment for them doing something wrong or whether it was done without reason, just like something inevitable or even for the Rulers' entertainment. [ ... ] As long as we don't know that, we don't know when this kind of thing could happen to us either.

[hyahahacool]

[he listens to her words, crossing his arms and nodding a bit.]

....This raises a bunch of questions, ones that we don't have answers to right now. Kind of frustrating, isn't it?

[entreats]

Isn't that the way it always goes down here? [ Aka yes, it's super frustrating. She just wants to be able to prepare herself for what's coming, but at the same time there's no way of telling just what will come.. ] For all we know, this is something that's going to happen to us tomorrow morning or something like that.

And it's not like we can fight back against them, that whole deal on the boat proved that much.

[Amakusa just takes everything in stride however, he does get irritated from time to time, but even with this he's just brushing it all off. She's the more serious one here, as usual, even though in his head he's thinking everything through.]

Are you going to get mad at me if I tell you to surrender again?

[entreats]

Of course. [ Is that even a question, Amakusa? Of course everyone involved here remembers how mad she was about that last time it happened.. ]

Anything would be better than just surrendering to those things and being subjected to whatever it is that they have in mind for us. I'd rather just die.

[hyahahacool]

[A sigh escapes him.]

You'd rather die? Really? Well as your bodyguard you know I can't let that happen.

Be mad at me all you want Ange-san, I'm not about to let you die. [he doesn't care if she gets upset over that, really.]

[entreats]

[ Well, at least he's lucky that she's not suicidal at all anymore, she hasn't thought of it for a moment while she's been stuck on this island with him and the chance got even smaller after they got together. It's weird, considering how much she tsuns at him, but in the end he's really the thing that keeps her rooted and relatively happy. ]

So you're saying that as my bodyguard you can let me fall into the hands of those Rulers all the same though?

[hyahahacool]

[At least there's one good thing about him in that sense, he tries to keep her grounded, keep her fantasies and everything in check.]

If it means we'll get out alive in the end, then yeah. [He rolls his eyes.] You're just so stubborn, all I want you to do is listen to me this time.

[entreats]

It's you can't understand that the point about all that is that they could do much worse things to us than just killing us!

[ Or, well, it's partially biased on Ange's side too, since of course someone who used to think so little of death obviously would think a lot of things are worse than that.. She wouldn't be able to stand it if they did anything to him in front of her either, honestly, despite how often she just seems to complain about him or insult him. ]

[Oh boy.... well, when the time comes he'll do whatever he has to do in order to get them both out alive. For now though, he'll just go along with her words so she'll stop being so bloody annoying.]

Ah you're right... so sorry lady, I've seen the error of my ways and I'm agreeing with you totally. Next time we will for sure fight to the death with everything we've got.

[entreats]

[ Like she'll believe him so easily, Amakusa, please!! But then again, not like arguing this point further is any use when he's pretending to have given in already.. ]
