[EVENT] The Visitations

This is going to go a certain way! Each time there is a visitation by a ghost, we will post a thread. Then, we will respond to that thread, if you indicate you want us to do so, or if you will have other characters in the thread. Remember, the Ghost of Christmas Past will have all your characters in the same moment of time, so if you want to be able to interact with each other, go ahead. Additionally, you will be viewing the moment in time that your denizen was killed from a third person perspective, so you can meet up with anyone during that time, but you cannot talk to your denizen. Once your denizen is dead, you are free to move around the island.

During the viewing with the Ghost of Christmas Present, you will be in the same situation, but only able to view things within your own canon. This means you can’t really speak to anyone but the NPC of the Ghost, which will be played by the mods.

For when The World shows up, we will have a separate thread for her and Kuma will be responding to you with her. You can freely talk to anyone here as well, in the game.

[ That startles the Fool, and he looks down at where she's taken his hand. Part of him wants to pull away, while the other seems to yearn for the touch. It's... familiar. Grounding. ]

[ She sighs ]

I don't remember much, but I know that I feel bad for your situation. Like I'm responsible.

My situation is my own, because I walked the path that I did.

[ He feels like he should be angry, but really? He's simply confused. ]

It was my choice, to accept the Emperor's quest. That is what a Fool does.

I just...[ She frowns suddenly and shakes her head. She knows who he is, but some things are still really fuzzy. Soon she just gives up and sighs. ]

I don't know.

[thefoolish]

I don't think either of us does.

[ He considers her, before taking his hand away from hers. It's a delayed reaction, but a quick one when it does happen. ]

I wish I could remember somethings. I don't know why things are so fuzzy...[ She shakes her head again and smiles to him ]

I suppose it'll come back to me eventually.

So, what? In the meantime, you try to make up for these mistakes to the denizens?

[ Genuine curiosity. ]

[ He corrects her, cocking his head at an off angle. ]

I didn't mean it that way. [ Her voice is soft and almost hurt...]

It's still true, though. I am not, but I am still.

[ Referring to his earlier comment, he shrugs his shoulders with his arms spread out wide, delirious grin intact. ]

There's no changing that.

[ The World frowns at the other, reaching up and slapping him. It's not hard, but she's clearly shaking ]
