Tis' the season to be jolly [Closed]
Who: Belgium & Spain
When: December 24th/Christmas Eve
Where: Their house
What: Decorating their home when they come across a mischievous little plant that somehow ended up appearing.
Warnings: Nothing really? Mostly just... possible love mishaps?
Getting into the spirit of Christmas wasn't particularly hard when the holiday was coming up soon. She hadn't particularly enjoyed the spirits of Christmas and how they played with them by showing awful things. At the very least, she could make things a little better by decorating the place and making it look better. Besides, decorating for Christmas was always pretty fun. It was even better when you could do it with somebody close to you rather than be all alone for it.
Back home she'd decorate and she celebrate with her two brothers at her place. Luxembourg preferred to go to her place for Christmas and Holland's place was no where near celebration ready. Having her brothers over for Christmas meant, she'd often decorate her home, cook/bake, and clean the house. Aside from that, she really didn't have it for anyone else unless people came to visit. It was a nice change to share a place with someone.
She finished putting the lights on the tree and around the house and went to look for more things to put up or decorate. Decorating was a lot of work and really should have been done days ago, but there was more things on her mind than to finish decorating. With these visits and people from her world disappearing, she found it hard to really take the time to do it. It was a nice way to clear her mind once she got to it.
"Hey, Spain. How are you doing with the lights?" she called out to him, grabbing a box of ornaments and other miscellaneous items.

Her finding the lights and other decorations were helpful in distracting them from how it seems that everyone they know is going back home. She gave him a set of lights and told him to set them out, but somehow or another, he managed to get himself tangled within them. Spain tries to free himself, but it's really no use. He gives Belgium a sheepish grin and says "Boss could use a hand here..."

"How did you manage to get yourself tangled up in the lights?" she asked him with a smile.
Not waiting for a response, she walked over to him to try to untangle him.

Spain lets out an embarrassed laugh, doing what he can to help Belgium untangle him. Mostly just standing there and moving when she directs him to movie.

"There we go. Would you like some help this time?" she asked him.

She took some of the lights and started to help him out. It was a few minutes before she spoke again, pausing with the lights.
"I'm sure that everyone will be okay. It's probably best that they went home," she said softy. "I'm still here for you," she added.
She figured that he probably took everyone's departures worse than she did. She just wanted to let him know that she was there for him.

Spain had been missing his friends terribly. He knows how horrible it is to be alone, but it is Belgium's additional comment that makes the ever present smile on his face a bit more real.
"Yeah, you are."
They may have not always been together, with her leaving with her brother and then becoming independent in her right, he knows that they'll still be there for each other in some way.

"Everything is going to be okay. It's possible for them to come back again, right? So maybe they'll come back sometime soon. Hell, Romano might even come here and then we could all be together again just like the good old days," she said with a small smile.
Looking up for a moment, she did a double-take. Flushing lightly, "Uhm... Did you put that up?" she asked lightly.
Right above them just so happened to be a mistletoe. Well, that's interesting and while it was part of Christmas tradition to put them up, she couldn't help but blush to the thought of it.

Her question causes him to raise an eyebrow in confusion. "Huh, put what up?" he says as he looks up. He catches sight of the mistletoe, but he doesn't catch on all that fast. "Oh? The mistletoe? I think it was in the decorations you gave me."
Sorry Im so late /sobs
Her cheeks flushed a little more. She didn't remember getting a mistletoe, but with the two of them under it now... It was tradition to kiss if you were under one... She really couldn't say that she didn't want to. Really. She had that stupid childhood crush on Spain that she'd been trying not to ruin what they had.
"I guess... tradition is tradition right?" she asked sheepishly before standing up on her tippy toes and planting a soft kiss on his lips. With cheeks warming up, she just hoped that he wouldn't think bad of her or worse, reject her. She was sure he probably wouldn't reject her, but there was still that fear.

"Yeah, tradition is tradition."
With that, he leans down to kiss her back, a hand on her shoulder just to maintain some sort of contact... For... safety reasons, of course, should one of them lose their balance, it'll be easier to catch them before they fall this way.

"The... decorations... They looks.... nice so far...," she started. "You should be okay to do the rest of them in here. I'll go.. work in another room," she said flustered.
It seemed silly, but she felt like she should give some space. Part of her wanted to stay and continue, but she didn't want to do something to confuse their friendship; although, she'd always been crazy for Spain.
