Operation "this will most likely end badly" is a go
Who: G and anyone who wants to go on his little expedition~
What: G spits up the volunteers into groups and they head out to explore~
When: Day 16
Where: The meeting place by the training grounds
Warning: G's fantastic use of words
In the early hours of the morning G had made it to the designated meeting spot. He had a good amount of volunteers, and hopefully they would all show despite the strange dream. He for one planned on seeing this woman and whatever was in the forest, though he would understand those who backed out.
So he waited there, smoking a cigarette and standing by a lantern, watching the sun rise as he waited.
((OOC: G is essentially planning to split people into groups and send them off to explore, so if you have any requests on who to get stuck with, let me know in a header otherwise it will just be at random.))

hell yes tl;dr-ing
Great. Just great.
As he attempted to pick up the small bag in which he'd been carrying money and the compact mirror and discovered just how very much he would have to get used to in terms of not running into walls and things, he had a sinking feeling he was going to be very late. That is, until he finally managed to stagger outside and realized that he could fly.
A short while later - perhaps longer than strictly necessary, because come on, he was flying and this was totally the coolest thing ever - he landed in a less than graceful heap on the ground a short distance away from where G stood, smoking and waiting.
Untangling himself carefully and staggering back up to all fours (replete with talons and webbed feet), the dragon shook himself off and grinned sheepishly at G. (Clearly he hadn't yet realized his mouth was full of pointy teeth or that he wasn't entirely recognizable, except that he had a blue mane of sorts, the front of which still flopped into his grey eyes. And perhaps if one had seen him in person, the orange and dark blue splotches along his back and sides were reminiscent of the clothing he'd been wearing before.)
"Um -- good morning, G-san."
MMM DERISH TL;DR... I would give some in response buuuuut...
"Mornin'. I see this place has really done a number on you..." He smiles, "Still, glad to see you came."
tl;dr is a healthy part of any balanced breakfast!
But in any event, he nods, twitching his tail as he watches others arrive and fighting with an urge to take off into the sky again and go fly among the rain clouds overhead. There's definitely something about the rain and the wind that tugs at him...
(And... damn it, dragons don't have pockets. What is he supposed to do with his front paws?)It so is! G you need to have deepre thoughts so I can TD'DR TOO!
"How would you be teaming up with the girl there? Not an enemy of yours or anything right?"
It can be his character development! Learning to have tl;dr thoughts.
"Not that I know of. Are we dividing into a team of two and a team of three, then? If so... are we the group of two?"
He had overheard G telling one of the others that they'd be dividing up, and given that only five people are here, that seems the most logical way. But Minato only really cares who he is paired with in the sense that he knows he will feel the need to look out for them, not only because he is a dragon and thus well equipped for battle, but also because he's very used to being a party leader.
YES G! YOU NEED TO LEARN TO THINK HARDER!
He cast a glace over to the Tenth generations cloud guardian, and just shook his head disapprovingly. That one was a piece of work he didn't even want to get into.
You can start him off with training! At least one internal monologue a day minimum of one paragraph!
ALRIGHT LETS TRY IT! G HAS TO THINK OF SOMETHING OTHER THAN HOW TO BE A DOUCHE!
Which translated to: He would get England to do it. G hated the blasted little contraption. He turned to go face the other arrivals, this one had his orders, the rest was up to him.
"You watch yourself out there."

He held out his hand to shake G's when he found him. "Good morning," he said quietly. He was actually rather anxious, not only because he was changing, but also because he was going into the forest. The thought of that almost made him want to stamp his foot in excitement... Which also seemed weird.

"Mornin', good to see you made it." He shakes the offered hand, "Don't think I caught your name. I'm G."

"Well, If you're England, then I will call you England." It almost made him curious as to if this one knew Italy... and what his homeland was like personified., "Alright since you're the first one here, You can travel with me, if that's alright."

Well England if it's any consolation G would hate Italy as well."Well, hopefully just have a look around, see if there are any answers to anything about this place."
He looks over to the forest in the distance, his brows knitting together in mild irritation.
"That and there's the matter of this strange dream..."

Likewise he had a few problems with an overall punishment. There was a kid here, could be a few more. He didn't like the idea of putting some defenseless snot-nosed little runts in danger... even if most of them did annoy the crap out of him.

It wasn't long before other people started joining together at the meeting place. England was getting antsy. "We should head out soon. Before it gets any lighter."
no subject
And after a brief assignment of the groups, G turned back to England and picked up his bow and quiver.
"Let's head out."

You know he will not follow orders, hurr
Like many of the others about, his physical features had changed - his normally jet black hair was now a light brown, and steely grey eyes had shifted into a light blue. There was also a light covering of stubble on his cheeks - strange for someone usually so fussy about personal hygiene, but of course, it was another part of the change that had come about. Not that he hadn't tried to get rid of it. It was just that his attempts hadn't worked.
A hand rose and covered his mouth as he yawned widely, shifting against the tree trunk he had been leaning against - the weight of the sword against his hip was quickly becoming familiar, as was the bow and quiver of arrows upon his back. As the first rays of weak morning sunlight peaked past the boughs of the tree he was standing against, he narrowed his eyes against the glare, casting a bored glance towards the crowd milling around idly, before going back to watching the night mist dissipate in the sunlight that was steadily growing stronger.

"Oi. Didn't expect to see you hangin' around."
And at that G just casually leans on Hibari's shoulder. Personal space? He's Italian, what is personal space?

Needless to say, he had the sword out of the sheath and the naked blade resting against the other's throat as quickly as you could blink, close enough to shave the fine hairs off, but not enough to cut just yet. One wrong move from G., though, would send that blade into the Storm's neck.
"Get your herbivorous presence out of my sight."
Was he in a bad mood? Why, yes.
no subject
"Rough morning?"
He's not particularly worried about the sword at his neck, he's been in similar situations before. Besides, what's Hibari going to do? Kill him? Oh that would be ironic...
no subject
"It is none of your business, herbivore. Get back to your pathetic herd."
no subject
"You're here about the dream I take it?"
no subject
He scoffs and moves away from G., hand still lingering on the hilt of his sword. But yes, why else would he be here? Why else would he sacrifice his much-loved sleep to come out to the edges of the forest and risk being confronted with a crowd of spineless herbivores? His curiosity had gotten the better of him, and something had told him that there was something to be gained from listening to the mysterious woman.
no subject
He chuckles at his own joke, knowing that the cloud guardian wasn't going to find it funny.
"Well whatever it is you plan on doin', don't hesitate to give me shout if you find yourself in a bind."
no subject
He is most certainly not a damsel in distress. Deciding that the time for talking was over, he slipped away into the forest without another word, form blending in with the greenery around him. He would do this on his own, his own way, like of many of the other times.
no subject
"Hey! So is this everyone?"
no subject
"Yeah, this is it..." And he looks over her over, chuckling at how out of breath she was "Have a seat and rest for a minute, we're in no rush."

"Um, I went down to the weapons shop, but they refused to give me anything. I guess because I'm replacing a princess and they are supposed to be the ones getting saved, not the ones fighting." That was so disappointing. Even if she was not especially strong, the girl could handle a firearm like the best of them. It made sense, of course — the thought of Sleeping Beauty running around with an Uzi was pretty silly — but it was frustrating nonetheless. Watching everyone suffer through the puppet incident was bad enough, and if there was anything at all she could do to prevent another event like that, she wanted to at least try.
She shot G a hopeful look. "Is it still alright for me to go? I promise I won't be too much trouble!"

"My name is Minato Arisato. What's yours?"
If they were going to be traveling together, really knowing names seems a good idea, yes? Minato would normally maybe give a slight smile, except that dragons can't really smile. Or if they do, it looks about as weird as dogs smiling, so instead he just sort of twitches his tail and two whisker things coming off of his snout.
no subject
"And now you're armed as well. I'll leave it to the two of you then." And he turns to head off with his little group, giving them a little wave as he does so "Watch yourselves."
no subject
"Ready to go?"
((ooc: Yes, we should move over to the other log. Just comment there whenever you want to get started and I'll follow. ^^))
