[EVENT] Log for Prince and Princess Teams

Oh Prince Charming, Help, for the princesses have fallen asleep under an evil spell! It's up to you to wake them up with a single kiss. If you don't wake them up in time, they will perish and fall victim to the evil witch who did this to them. Yours, The Rulers

"A-- aaah!" Of course she would feel him suddenly jumping on the bed, so it was at that point that Usagi actually sat up, looking sort of shocked by it all. But once she sees it's Teddie (even in that strange kind of outfit) she calms down, instead smiling a little even throughout the surprise.

"Teddie..? You're here to wake me up?" But after that she started to look a bit more at the situation, and.. wait, why was she wearing this dress, aside from his strange clothes..? "What's going on?" A blink.

Teddie smiled to her as she woke up. "The note said I was your prince charming and I needed to kiss the princesses to wake them up! you would have died!!"

He takes the note out and shows it to her for proof. "I didn't want you to die, Usagi-chan..."

[selene]

Usagi's eyes skimmed over the note. Then.. this was just something the Rulers had tried to pull off again? Like they were replaying the tale of Sleeping Beauty? And Teddie had.. tried to help her out like that, since he was worried about her, since he was her friend..

She couldn't help but smile at that, really, at his kindness. Even if he kissed her, that didn't matter, right? It was just to help her after all, and they were friends, so.. Usagi just lightly shook her head, smiling at the boy. "Don't worry about it. I'm really glad you did all this for me, and that you even thought of coming here to find me.."

Usagi laughed. "Thank you so much! You're a real friend!"

Teddie grinned at the praise, happy that he did do something to help and that Usagi seemed so happy that he did. It was always nice to know that things were going so well and that he was able to do something without everyone here. Teddie gave her another hug before getting off of the bed.

"We should go see if there is anyone else we can help!" Teddie said happily.

[selene]

"Yes! We should probably help out as many people as we can, especially since that note said something about people falling victim to some witch.. We can't let that happen, right?"

Usagi moved to try and get off the bed, and it seemed to go rather well, but.. once she tried to actually get off it after she had already swung her legs over the edge, she tripped. Over her own frilly dress, to be precise, and she landed face-down on the ground with a thud.

Teddie hurried over to her to help her up, looking really worried. How did she do that? It was kind of weird looking to fall like that but he remembered Yosuke did it a lot when he was on his bike...

"Are you okay?!"

[selene]

From a moment there was just eerie silence, as if Usagi just died just from tripping over her dress and facefaulting on the floor. But then, slowly but surely, a sound started to rise from the corpse body.

If Teddie was listening well enough, he might notice it sounded a little bit like a whining sound.

"Oh no, Usagi-chan, don't cry, it's okay!!" Teddie said, patting her back, "You just fell,and we gotta go help people!"

Pulling her up, he sat with her now, making sure she was alright.

[selene]

"It hurts, it just hurts.." But after another moment of near-crying and whining, she seemingly went back to normal, really. It was just an obligatory clumsy moment, but she was actually fine, not much damage from the fall at all or anything.

She couldn't help but blink a few more times, slightly nodding. Sure, they had to help people, but.. "I can't do anything to help, right? That note said the princes needed to kiss people, so.."

Teddie shook his head at that. "No way! Just because the note said you can't kiss anyone doesn't mean that you can't help. There are a bunch of people who could be asleep, and you can help find them, right?" Teddie gave her a confident smile, knowing she could do it.

"Just because you can't do everything doesn't mean you can't do anything!"

... Slowly a smile spread across her face, and she nodded back at him cheerfully. "Yeah, you're right, Teddie. It'll go easier if we work together on this, right? I want to make sure to help as many people as we can, especially with what's being said on that note.. It sounds pretty omnious after all, right?"

And the last thing Usagi wanted was for people to get hurt.

Teddie smiled too when Usagi did so. Mostly because he really loved helping people, but this situation wasn't one that he could do alone. Alone he was just a bear, but with help he could do more. "It does, but we can do it!" Getting up, Teddie held out his hand to her with a grin.

"We gotta bear up and grin it!"

She grabbed his hand, even going as far as laughing happily in return. 'Bear up', huh? Right, those bear jokes he was so found of, they were practically just adorable either way and enough to cheer Usagi even more up anytime.

"I think you're probably better at 'bearing up' than me though, huh?"

"It's true, because I am the best bear. But you can do it too, Usagi-chan! Sensei is really good at it!" Teddie replied cheerfully, taking her hand and pulling her up. "Lets go!"

[selene]

"Yes, let's get going!" She laughed at him, and now she was standing she could finally walk off with him, dress or no dress. She was determined to make the best out of this, after all. "Let's help as many people as we can!"

Teddie grinned to her and made sure to be careful as he got her out of the house. They would help as many people as they could, though, he wasn't entirely sure where to start...could they just go into people's houses? Oh well, Yosuke wasn't here, so he didn't have to worry about being fussed at for whatever breaking and entering was.
