Well okay, snatch it up whatever.

Amakusa just shrugged at her words, like hell he even knew anything that was going on. He was just as confused as she was, only more calm about it. The Rulers did this, but he could only guess they did it for entertainment purposes.

"Penalty I'm guessing," he smirked at the idea, "maybe they'll never wake up, or they'll be turned into something."

"Never wake up.." Those words did make Ange worried, or at least something deep inside of her. She had been friendly with some people here, after all, to a point where she could even call some people friends - her adventures as a child with Minato, France helping her out, even more than that.. She wouldn't want those people to sleep forever, no, nobody deserves to have that done to them by the Rulers. At least this way she knew Amakusa was at least safe, since.. when it came down to it, he was her boyfriend, the man she loved, the most important person to her in this place. Making sure he was okay would be the first priority, but luckily he was, and he had already fulfilled his duty by kissing her too, so.. both of them were in the clear.

Ange looked up from the note to look at him again, still frowning slightly but apparently having calmed down just slightly. "That means we're safe, but.. I still can't forgive them for forcing something on us like this yet again."

Amakusa now had his arms crossed and he was looking down at Ange still sitting on the bed. He wondered what she was thinking about, sure- there were people out there who could be in trouble but he's already done his service. He went and rescued his girlfriend so it's not like he has to go out and make sure everyone else is okay. It's a game the Rulers set up, and for once they should follow the rules.

"Forgive them? Lady.... they've messed with our bodies, our ages- and now they're trying to screw us up even more with this Sleeping Beauty routine. And just now you can't forgive them? You're a piece of work alright."

"Because--" She was about to almost snap back at him, flustered all over, but she quickly grit her teeth instead, forcing herself to calm down - it would only amuse him to see her so worked up about all of this, so she had to keep calm for sure. "Because they're forcing kisses on us know, who knows what they'll do next if they think they can go this far!" Romance is still a big thing for Ange, okay, Amakusa. Even if it was pretty normal for him to kiss someone, Ange was still a little bit more awkward about it, even if it was the guy she loved.

With a huff she swung her legs over the edge of the bed, intending to stand up - she almost tripped over her dress, considering how long and frilly it was, though, but quickly tried to steady herself again.

Ooh..... it all made sense now. She was just upset about this whole kissing situation. That was actually pretty funny, Amakusa's grin just grew and he had to calm himself down so he wouldn't burst out laughing. And just when she tried to stand up she was about to fall from that ridiculous dress. Event though she had managed to correct herself, Amakusa reached out to her and grabbed her hand- making sure she wouldn't fall.

"...So, you'd be mad if someone else kissed you and it wasn't me? Or are you mad that it was me who did it? Aahh lady you wound me! I thought what we had was special!" his teasing just had to start up again.

For a moment she was grateful he grabbed her there to prevent her from falling. For a moment, literally, since she heard him speaking up again the next moment, and with what he said, with that teasing, she would rather have him far away from her now, not in this ridiculous situation with this even more ridiculous outfits.

... Did she really have to say this? No, he just wanted her to say it, that she didn't mind it exactly because it was him, that she would have been mad at anyone else doing it and probably slapped them, but.. tch, she isn't just going to give him to his stupid games like that..!

"What about you? I bet you just came running here as fast as you could since you thought about all those other boys who could come and kiss me." She just pretended to be as collected and deadpan as always by now as she stared at him.

He tilted his head at that question of hers. He was just kidding around with her.... so if he acted really nice and open to her- maybe he can get her to be even more embarrassed. It was all to tease her and make her blush, it was like his goal whenever they were together.

"Of course... the idea of another guy's lips on yours drives me up the wall Ange-san... " true enough, but he needed to lay it on thicker, "I would have become a local murderer around here if that happened."

Aha! Amakusa you're a genius!

There was clearly a transition on Ange's face at those words. When he first spoke up, about how the idea of someone else kissing her would do that to him, that was when she clearly looked flustered at the idea of someone being that possessive over her, even if it was her boyfriend, that there was seriously someone who wanted to be the only one allowed to kiss her.. but then as he continued talking, that look dropped into something more annoyed at the lame joke he was making there. But Ange wouldn't be Ange if she just didn't shoot a sarcastic deadpan remark right back at that.

"Yeah, I'm sure the Rulers would appreciate that, someone getting rid of the people here for them."

That flustered moment at first had clearly been on her face though, even if she wasn't sure if it had or not.

Oho! He was just joking of course, but even so- he didn't quite get the reaction he wanted from her. He was hoping for more blushing and yelling, too bad. Oh well, he sighed a bit.

"Aahh lady... you're so unpredictable. That's why I like you," he moved away from her a bit, looking down at his clothes. He really wanted out of these, they weren't cool at all. They were even worse than the ones Ange had forced him to buy when she was younger...

"Says the most whimsical guy I've ever met in my life."

Ange just muttered that slightly as she had already moved to grab her compact off the night stand. The pink thing suddenly went eerily well with her pompous princess outfit, but she was too annoyed at the outfit and situation to think about that right now, instead she was trying to see if anyone else had noted this situation over the network yet. "... Geez, don't tell me we're the only two awake or something.."

"Hyahaha! Don't you mean the < coolest > guy you've ever met?"

Amakusa watched her as she moved over to grab the compact, and for the second time he had to stop a laughing from escaping him. It really did complete the outfit when she held that girly looking compact, just trying to find people.

He walked up behind her and got an idea. It would be funny to him if just as soon as she found someone to talk to on the compact he was around behind her. As he approached, he leaned in and kissed her lightly on the cheek.

"Don't be so grumpy lady~!"

"H-hey.." She protested a little when she suddenly felt him near her again, even the touch of his lips on her cheek as she was still trying to browse the posts and lists of names of the people in this place, but it really seemed like all communication on the device was dead, most stuff dating back to things from more than days ago.. Did she really sleep that long?

But it was right, Amakusa's kiss had right come as she was about to click a name of someone she knew to see if they were awake already. But she quickly drew her hand back - the last thing she wanted to show anyone at the start of a communication line was her boyfriend being all over her.

"I'm just trying to take this whole deal seriously, you know." There was almost something remotely pouty about her with the way she said it.

His smirk only grew when he noticed that flustered expression of hers. Yeah yeah she was trying to be serious, but he couldn't help but tease her even so. He snaked his arms around her, pulling her closer to him as he still stood behind her. It really was weird to even touch her in that dress- it felt so different compared to what she normally wore. Even though she had managed to ditch that Gretel outfit and find her regular clothes again but....

"Oh? Well I'm just trying to get you to relax while dealing with it," not at all, but that was going to be his excuse.

At least even with her being flustered and protesting, she still didn't seem to put up much of a fight physically. Especially with how she just stood there when he wrapped her arms around her like that and pulled her against him, she just allowed him to do so without struggling in any way. There was nothing that bad about being in his arms, after all, stupid dress or no stupid dress. It was nice to feel the presence of another human either way after apparently having slept for so long, their hearts as close together as they could be right now, practically.

"And how am I supposed to relax like this, huh..?" It wasn't fully a sharp retort though, maybe a little more half-assed as she was still staring at the compact, as if she was doing it for the sheer sake of pretending she was giving that thing more attention than him. Maybe even to see his reaction a little, since he had already been teasing her enough.

He knew that she wouldn't fight him off or anything, she was a tsundere about their relationship still- but he knew that she didn't exactly hate it or anything. Even with this frilly dress and his ridiculous prince outfit- he still had the nerve to go and try and embarrass her like this, it was just second nature to attempt to tick her off every chance he got.

Amakusa leaned down towards her, moving her hair out of the way a bit and started to kiss her neck, he really wanted to see her blush more. It was a good thing she was standing in front of that mirror- so he could at least glance up and see what kinds of expressions she was making.

"Well you don't seem to complain that much when I do it..." he almost wanted to reach out and click on the compact and have everyone see her and him like this- just to get her even more flustered. He was a good boyfriend hush.

Oh, that would practically be one of the worst possible scenarios in her mind, to be caught on screen for everyone on the whole island to see like this, with him pulling her against him like that and kissing the skin on her neck - she would probably die from shame right on the spot.

She was already pretty flustered about all of this in general though, Ange couldn't help but always get like that whenever he started his advances. By now she was slowly starting to be able to handle being held by him, but the kissing on her neck was going too far again, so the blush did continue and even deepen slightly. "You'd rather actually have me complain out loud about all this..?"

Ange couldn't help but actually give in just slightly to her own feelings - she did love him, after all - and she moved her head slightly so more or her neck was exposed on his side so he could kiss there more easily. She barely even realised herself that she was doing it, really, it was more out of sheer instinct.

Oh no he wouldn't want her to complain, not at all. Amakusa paused- especially when he noticed her head tilt and exposing more of her neck- oh but instead of continuing this little game he drew back and away from her.

"Aah... well obviously you don't like it- sorry lady, I won't do stuff like that again," teasing, all the teasing. He's now turning around to walk out of her bedroom-

"Better get going now, I woke you up so I think my job is done here."

She didn't even realise the tilting until he suddenly stopped-- and that was when she started to mentally curse herself for being stupid enough to allow herself to nearly give into that, not to mention give him more chances to tease her. With a snap she almost slammed the compact shut again, putting it down on the table before turning around to frown at him.

"Where do you think you're going?" It wasn't necessarily that she wanted him to stay with her - although part of her definitely did - but Ange was also genuinely curious what he was about to do in a situation like this.

"Where am I going...? Aah- obviously this prince charming needs to find more damsels in distress to kiss and wake up. That's not a problem, is it lady?"

Yeah, is it lady?

N-no.. That's not okay! That's not okay at all! But it wasn't like she can protest against it that clearly, he'll just take it to tease her more, but.. if she wouldn't protest, he might just try to kiss someone else just to piss her off too.. ugh, was there seriously no way for her out of this situation that wasn't embarassing in the slightest?

"I thought you didn't care beyond the two of us being awake." It was almost said from behind grit teeth, really. Almost.

He's grinning at her, he's so grinning at her.

And eventually- he's opening the door to her bedroom and slipping out of the room. Not saying a word. He closes it behind him and just turns to stare at the wood, waiting for when lady would run out after him.

Come on- you like to follow the damn guy.

She was just standing there, left behind alone in the room.. And gritting her teeth, forcing her to stay there. It wasn't like he was really going to kiss some other girl, right? Well, he did talk about the girls he used to kiss with and all a lot, but he had said she was the only one for him now, right? And just-- guh, this was annoying, so annoying.. Don't walk out there, Ange, don't walk--

And then she was already following him, angrily shoving open the door. "Amakusa, wait--!"

And guess who's standing there with his arms crossed, and the biggest smirk on his face.

Amakusa is.

"Hyahahaa! Lady you're so predictable! Hehaha! As if I'd go out to more women!"

He walked towards her and reached out- placing a finger on her forehead and pushed her back a bit, "What kinda guy do you think I am?"

She knew it. She knew it. And yet she fell for it again, of course. Stupid guy, stupid bodyguard, stupid boyfriend..

Ange's expression fell to a frown as she tries to hide her emarassment out of pride, raising her chin even as he tried to push her back a little with that finger. She wasn't going to give in that easily, even though he got her real good just now.

"The kind of guy who talked me about all the other girls he kissed before, remember? And who said he was going to go and talk to some other girl before, or kiss other girls like now.."

He tilted his head at that and looked at her with that distinct smirk of his. She was so adorable when she was like this- thinking that he was actually some two-timer. Yeah right, he's been going after Ange for years and he finally has her, like hell he's about to let her go.

"...Lady lady lady... just stop for a second and think, you trust me enough to let me sleep in your bed- can't you trust me when I tease you about other things like that?" he has a point.
