Francis had no idea what to say to that. While he was thankful that Prussia had seemed to stop thinking about himself and his situation, and instead focused on their common situation, he was still rather annoyed at him. Sadly, that was the core of their relationship - getting mad at each other only to make up later in the night over a couple of drinks.
"You can try to cut off the tulle, mais, I am not sure the Rulers will let you, Prussie." He stepped forward again, making sure to follow behind Prussia in case he fell.
"I do not believe they will. They have not kept us in these ridiculous situations for long - at least, not as long as I have been here."
no subject
He blinked at France, "What's a tulle?" He knew absolutely nothing about dresses, except that women wore them. He was actually very grateful that France was helping him with the walking part, and he was grateful, as well, for being woken up by him. But he refused to say either, at least, not yet.
"Nein, they haven't," he thought for a moment. "I will organize something sometime after we get out of these!" He stumbled and fell back on his bed, face forward and sideways.

"And what will you do if they lock you in a tower as well? I could not pull Domon out, and I am certain I would not be able to pull you out." Francis rolled his eyes as Prussia fell, but thankfully, was not hurt. "Ah la la! You were not paying attention to my instruction! Must I repeat it so often?"
no subject
He frowned, he certainly didn't want to be locked in a tower. He tapped his fingers against his cheek. "But what if all of us stormed the castle? They can't trap us all," he said. Could they?
no subject
Francis frowned at that suggestion, thinking. It was tempting, but... "If they were able to turn all of you into puppets, somehow I doubt we would stand a chance, chéri."
no subject
"That's the thing, nothing ever lasts long! Even this," he gestures to the dress, "will probably go away in a few days! And if it's more of us then we have a better chance. Think about it, you, me, Britannien, Amerika, and Portugal just to start with. But if we recruit from the rest of the island..."
He's actually getting what he thinks is a very good idea. "Last time it was only a couple of kids, not five full grown and experienced nations!"
no subject
France sort of raised an eyebrow at Prussia's last statement. "Please. You, Angleterre, and Portugal? The three of you are hardly grown. You still have another three hundred years! And Alfred, he is still only a child! He is less than three hundred years old himself. He still has yet to experience a lot of things. And you and Angleterre, and Portugal, you have yet to experience..." He paused, catching himself before he gave away anything about the future. The World Wars were going to be rather difficult to explain. And telling them was going to cause more problems than it would solve.
no subject
He would have continued the argument, but what France said after it really, made him angry. "So, because we're not from your future we can't be grown?! Do you even remember what I was doing when I left? Stop thinking about whatever un-awesome future thing I have yet to 'experience' because if we don't find away out of here, I never will!"

Quietly, he turned his eyes away from Prussia, and shifted to hold his right arm with his left hand, almost as if he was remembering an old battle scar as it was starting to act up again and ache. Slowly, he spoke again, this time calm and a little more collected. "Prussie... you have not seen what I have seen. You do not know what I know. And if you did, then you would know that war is not always the answer."
Francis paused again, shifting a bit on his feet as he let go of his arm. He still didn't really feel like looking Prussia in the eye, not at a topic so serious as this was getting. "We have been fighting wars for so long it seems almost like a bad habit to us... mais... there are other ways we can try, other than storming the castle and getting ourselves caught. I want all of us to return, too. I want to go back to the meetings with your brother over the economy, and Friday nights with you and Espagne having a good time... and many more simple things that I have so often taken for granted before we came here. Prussie... don't do something foolish, s'il te plaît. I could not bear to see all of you in such a state."
no subject
"Maybe it's just the fact that I've been here longer than you, Frankreich," he began. "But I can't stand just waiting around any longer. I have to do something, even if it fails at least I can say I tried."
He's being completely serious, not a single awesome, boast, or laugh in the statement.
"I don't know what happens in the future... I almost want to ask you so that when I do go back maybe I could prevent it, but what would that mean for you as you are now? It's probably not possible to do," he said. "But whatever happened, nothing is going to happen if I remain here forever, did you think what would happen to our world then? Even if you hadn't noticed Britannien or I gone. It's possible, time is different there. Who knows how long our people are going to panic and how we'll be different when we return."
no subject
He wanted to explain to Prussia his thoughts on the subject, after having talked extensively with the only two people he knew of who had actually left and who had returned. But, he wasn't sure at this point that Prussia would accept his thoughts. He seemed so intent on storming the castle, but France knew deep in his gut it would just get everyone who did in trouble. "It is not possible, Prussie. You think that I would simply not realize that my deepest enemy would simply disappear? And you honestly think that I would not have noticed you were missing? You claim to be so 'awesome', so I should have noticed, non?" But, he didn't want to argue this point anymore. It was obvious that Prussia didn't believe his theories, and that was fine. It simply meant that he had to prove his theories right or wrong himself.
"Do whatever your like, Prussie, mais, I will not be joining you if you storm the castle. When you get caught and placed in some sort of prison, you will want someone to get you out, non? I will simply wait on the outside, if that is the case."
no subject
Yes, he was planning on fighting, fighting is what he was good at. He would find a way to fight those rulers. Even if storming the castle didn't work, as long as there was life in him, he wouldn't give up.
"Fine, I know if I asked you to storm the castle anyways it would be doomed to failure," Prussia shook his head and set back down on his bed. He could do nothing as he was currently.
