[EVENT] Animals attack!

The animals from the forest have made their way into the districts, where they appear to be causing trouble. Be warned, they are pretty territorial! It would be wise to stay away from them... but some people never heed warnings, do they?
In the Lilac district, there is a lot of croaking and ribbits - that's because frogs and toads have crept out onto land to maybe catch some flies to eat. It's easy to outrun them, but their tongues might catch you if you're not careful, and they're very sticky! Further, a crow seems to have decided to hunt there, looking for tasty little morsels just like you!
Navy district's problem seems to be stemming from rabbits who are digging holes everywhere! They seem to be pretty harmless if you don't get too close to their new nests, but once you do, you may find yourself fighting with it and all of its cousins! Also be wary of the trees, for chipmunks and squirrels seem to have taken a liking to them, and they're mischievous ways mean you may find yourself being pelted with twigs!
The Rose district has a bit of a Pied Piper of Hamelin situation, with rats and mice practically flooding the whole place, and sneaking into houses through mouse holes. The mice are easier to deal with, while the rats are very aggressive and not very pretty. Thankfully, they seem fairly distracted if you toss them some food.
In the Silver district, a wild mother boar has made it into the marketplace, and she's eating all the merchant's wares - while also feeding her three piglets who seem very hungry. They're very cute and sweet, but be wary, for Mama is always watching, and any sign of harm to her babies will leave her in a rage.
Finally, in the Violet district, a plague of bugs has descended everywhere, from the lake to the ocean shores. Mayflies form a cloud over the cold lake, and while harmless, they may still swarm your character. The more harmful things are the red ants, who think your character might be a tasty morsel to bring back to their queen. The worst of them all are the cockroaches who are tougher to take down - thankfully they only show up in groups of two or three.
The Forest is impossible to get into, because all around the outskirts of the forest are larger creatures - deer, bears, hawks, wolves and foxes, etc. - and none of them seem interested in letting your character pass through.
