[This was yet another time when he slowly woke up, trying to recall what the hell he had done last. First it was when he had fallen asleep for two days and woke up only to find out that his Denizen had changed. But now... he blinked and looked around the room.

Wait hadn't he been....

Amakusa quickly shot up, looking down at his chest, touching the area where the arrow had been... what the? It wasn't there? And he was actually alive-...? At the edge of his bed he also noticed something from back home-... his sniper rifle? So... he died, he was revived, and they had given him something even? This was sure... a miracle, really. He didn't think he would ever be breathing again. Magic is real and all that yadda yadda.

He turned, grabbing that compact off of the table beside him. He quickly opened it up and went to type to Ange. What the hell does he say though...? This is.. pretty difficult. Aahh he figures she'll be mad at him for this but-... oh well.]

lady don't be mad- i don't know what happened really but i'm alive.... i guess.

[As she's talking about those accessories, he reaches into his jacket pocket, bringing out his pistol again. He's checking it out- turning it over and taking out the clip. Prussia was able to fire his gun but... Amakusa would rather not do that inside. He puts the clip back in and looks over at her.]

Oh! So you're holding on to more of your past with that? [take that however you want, an indication that he doesn't approve and wants her to move on yet again or just a simple remark.]

I see... you know, you think that the Rulers could even bring someone like Battler-san here? Just a thought, since they wouldn't let me die- they obviously have a control over death.

[ Yeah, with the tone in which he's saying that.. she's going to take it as the former, that he doesn't approve of it, since she by now knows that he always gets a little more annoyed when she's talking about the past. She doesn't seem to pay much attention to it though, especially not when she's just sitting there and putting on the second one. ]

... They probably could, yes. [ But she's not going to rely on it, she can't afford to do that. He shouldn't be here either way, she knows how dangerous it is after nearly being choked and seeing Amakusa die right in front of her. ] The possibility that they will bring in anyone from my family is pretty small, though. There's a big number of worlds they can bring people here from, and even in our world my family is only a few people out of way too many.

[Amakusa is pointing the gun at nothing really... and then he glances over at her.]

Who knows lady, I was brought here along with you- they could have left me behind if they wanted to.

[He shrugs, turning and opening the door to his room.]

You coming? I want some target practice. I want to see how you shoot a gun too, from all of those events I know we'll have to train a lot more.

Sure.

[ She stands up to walk over to where he is, but at the same time she's thinking about that first thing he said. It's true, they could have just taken her without him, and.. surely things would be different now then, way different. If he wouldn't have been here.. she might actually have been much more miserable.

What irony.

Ange steps through the door first. ]

It's not like I've had experience with guns the way you had though.

You've held one before- but have you actually used one before? I don't know what kind of things you did after I was fired, but I know back then you were too young to handle one.

[ pedokusa strikes again, but she's relatively unfazed as she just keeps walking on, out of the house they go.. ]

I've fired one once. [ In another fragment where she used her stakes to kill and then fired the illusion of her aunt.. but yes, Amakusa doesn't need to know any of her weird fantasy world things. ] The circumstances aren't important.

But that's all the experience I have.
