[EVENT] The Visitations
Who: All Characters
When: November 29-December 19
Where: Your Home
What: The Visits
Warnings: For language and other dark elements.
This is going to go a certain way! Each time there is a visitation by a ghost, we will post a thread. Then, we will respond to that thread, if you indicate you want us to do so, or if you will have other characters in the thread. Remember, the Ghost of Christmas Past will have all your characters in the same moment of time, so if you want to be able to interact with each other, go ahead. Additionally, you will be viewing the moment in time that your denizen was killed from a third person perspective, so you can meet up with anyone during that time, but you cannot talk to your denizen. Once your denizen is dead, you are free to move around the island.
During the viewing with the Ghost of Christmas Present, you will be in the same situation, but only able to view things within your own canon. This means you can’t really speak to anyone but the NPC of the Ghost, which will be played by the mods.
For when The World shows up, we will have a separate thread for her and Kuma will be responding to you with her. You can freely talk to anyone here as well, in the game.
If there are any questions please respond to the thread provided below.

.. Then again, a lot of people have arrived since then. [ like the guy right here, huh? ] So maybe they're doing it for you guys' sake. [ That would explains why Ange still seems relatively calm too.. ]
no subject
[then again--] I also find myself in need of a cup of tea. Assuming that there's no restrictions on leaving, would you care for one as well?
no subject
I wouldn't exactly mind that, I suppose.

[Tea is such an automatic response to all of this, but it is also an opportunity to get back into a house where things can be thought about and processed properly. So, he starts walking, casting a look over his shoulder to make sure Ange is with him]
no subject
.. You're pretty lucky. I usually don't drink tea that much with others.

[Waver only casts occasssionl glances as they walk. In Pompeii, they have plaster casts of the dead, caught in their final moments. To do that here would be informative and far too cumbersome a task if it was even possible. He'd do it in a heartbeat if it was.
So he pushes the thought out of his mind and walks into the door of his own house, heading right for the kitchen. Pointedly, he's done nothing to personalize the place, save for a cheerful red tea kettle and matching tea cups. Once he's put the teapot on the stove, he grabs one of the cups and holds it out to Ange] Any preferred tea blend?

She immediately makes herself comfortable too, but it's in the usual Ange way.. which means that she just moves to sit down on top of the nearest table instead of properly taking a seat. ]
no subject
So then.

[ She quickly says that, as if she's avoiding more awkward topics right now while part of her still feels a little awkward after all of it. Her legs swing back and forth only slightly. ]
Just a little bit though. And don't listen to me if I ask for more later, those stupid Rulers did that to me.
no subject
[and that looks like a small loophole for awkward joke to try and kill the strangeness of everything else that's happened today]
Really, they gave you a sweet tooth?
no subject
Yeah. Sort of comes with the job description when they're making you replace someone from Hansel and Gretel. [ Although she doesn't even notice she's already put three full tea spoons in there.. ]
no subject
[He finally stops abusing the poor tea bag and walks it over to the bin] And I didn't know that was your assigned story. You actually never told me.
[back to the tea cup. God, taking a sip of the tea feels like a jolt back to normalcy]
no subject
I guess since it's usually never really relevant. I can't say I've told many people here before. [ And the clothing for it is embarassing, way too cutesy.. so she doesn't show it normally, but this is a different case. ]
no subject
[it feels wrong to say thank you for trusting me, so he doesn't. Instead Waver stares down into the brownish abyss that is his tea cup, thinking] I believe we were at the point of discussing how there's been no message given yet. Tell me, did you investigate that invitation to head to the centre castle earlier?
no subject
She takes a sip of her tea, apparently not even wincing at the amount of sugar in it. ]

[ See, she still is curious what exactly went down with the people who did go there. And Waver is always an excellent source of information when it comes to this stuff. ]

In walking through this ridiculous saccharine attempt at Christmas cliches, the American version of Father Christmas was within castle walls, along with another woman dressed as one of the elves - revealingly so, which I'm not even going to try and understand the reasons for. At any rate, upon arrival the following was said, verbatim: "Seems this lovely woman wanted me to help you get home, but I’ve noticed you’ve been very naughty this year. I’ll have to punish you."
From there it was a minion escort him, a letter of explanation that what would follow is quote-un-quote punishment and a reminder of one's place.
It occurs to me that re-reading that piece of paper might be a good idea.
no subject
.. 'Revealingly so', huh. [ Somehow she's glad Amakusa didn't go. :| At least, not as far as she knows.. ]

It just stood out. [ Thank god for her pokerface ability. ] I didn't think the Rulers cared about stuff like that to begin with.
