When: Any time! This log is ALWAYS OPEN and ALWAYS USABLE.
Where: Silver district, at the Blue Rose Clothing Boutique.

(( ooc: This is a catch-all post for any clothing-related RP threads, whether it be just window shopping or getting measurements taken or trying on clothes to see if they fit!
